We want you to be confident in your purchase. Here’s how refunds work at Ashoklabs.
Eligibility
We handle refunds case by case. Here’s what we look at:
- You requested a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- The course content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
- You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access to the content and was not resolved within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have completed more than 20% of the course.
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- The request is based on a change of mind after significant content consumption.
- Discount or promotional purchases, unless there is a verified technical issue.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name and email used at purchase
- Order ID or payment reference
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
